2001- I produced a show at the Odeum called :Best of Berklee- I hired 3 of the best groups at Berklee that year and raised money for the George Angelo DeJoy Endowment which helps a Berklee Student to afford their studies annually and will in perpetuity. I raised over $25,000. and today the fund is over $50,000. The most important part of this endowment is that my Father’s name is repeated and possibly searched on the internet) at least annually by folks who otherwise would not know of his accomplishments as such a young man.
